The weekend is here! How about making a delicious acai energy vitamin?
Ingredients:
150 ml of whole milk;
1/2 pulp of açaí Rajá Frutas (50g);
1/2 banana;
2 pieces of papaya;
2 tablespoons of condensed milk;
25 ml of guaraná syrup;
Catuaba (teaspoon tip);
Guarana powder (teaspoon tip);
Ginseng (teaspoon tip);
Cinnamon powder (teaspoon tip);
Ground cashew nuts (one teaspoonful shallow).
- Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender; Beat until it forms a homogeneous and creamy mixture.

Note: If the pulp of the açaí is very frozen, the ideal is to break it before putting it in the blender.
