Acai Founde

Who said that açaí is an exclusive summer dessert? To welcome the winter in the cold regions of the country with great style, we have prepared an amazing recipe for powdered milk fondue with açaí Rajá!

- Ingredients:

500g of melted white chocolate;
3⁄4 cup (tea) of powdered milk;
1⁄2 cup (American) milk;
1⁄2 of whey-free cream;
1kg of special açaí pulp (14%) Rajá Frutas.

– Extra material: melon slicer.

– Preparation mode:

Mix, in a pan, the powdered milk, the cream, the milk and the white chocolate melted in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Take the mixture over medium heat, for about 5 minutes, and put it in the fondue pan. Use the melon baller to make acai balls. Skewer the balls and dip into the white cream.
